Highline has online and app options to pay your bill. If you have not used our online site you will need to Register for a new login. You can setup an account to pay online by clicking "My Account" in the upper righthand side of the screen. For more instructions on using features of our payment website you can click here.
We also have mobile apps for Apple and Android, just search your app store for Highline Electric. You will use the same login information for the app and the webpage. You can always access the online page by using the "My Account" button at the top of this page.
Yes, you can access all of these tools after you log in to your online account. Your password can be updated by clicking on your name. You can submit a meter reading by selecting "Add Reading" while hovering your mouse over Customer Service.
Make sure you are not running any firewalls or antivirus that would prevent you from access the site. If possible try a different web browser like Firefox or Google Chrome. If you think this may be the case your access will be restored after 30 minutes. You are also always welcome to call our office at 970.854.2236 and we will be happy to help you pay your bill.
