How do I pay my bill online?

Highline has online and app options to pay your bill. If you have not used our online site you will need to Register for a new login. You can setup an account to pay online by clicking "My Account" in the upper righthand side of the screen.  For more instructions on using features of our payment website you can click here. 

We also have mobile apps for Apple and Android, just search your app store for Highline Electric.  You will use the same login information for the app and the webpage. You can always access the online page by using the "My Account" button at the top of this page.

Can I change my online password, submit my meter reading or other things online?

Yes, you can access all of these tools after you log in to your online account.  Your password can be updated by clicking on your name.  You can submit a meter reading by selecting "Add Reading" while hovering your mouse over Customer Service.

I cannot access the bill payment site what should I do?

Make sure you are not running any firewalls or antivirus that would prevent you from access the site. If possible try a different web browser like Firefox or Google Chrome. You can find the links here: Mozzilla FireFox Google Chrome. In addition you you may have been locked out of your account due to too many invalid logon attempts. If you think this may be the case your access will be restored after 30 minutes. You are also always welcome to call our office at 970.854.2236 and we will be happy to help you pay your bill.

What should I do if there is an outage in my area?

You can call our office at 970.854.2236 OR call the office in your area so that we may get a crew headed to your area.  Watch our Facebook page and outage map for updates of outages.  You can also message our Facebook page, but please keep in mind that our Facebook page is not monitored 24/7.  Although we watch for messages regarding outages so we can quickly assist you, you could experience a slight delay in a response.

I’m going to be planting or digging, should I call Highline?

No, please call 811 or go online to call811.com for Colorado or Nebraska, a few days before you plan to do any digging on your property. This way all your utilities can be located to keep you safe.
