Parade of Lights Dates:

December 4 - Holyoke 25th Annual

December 7 - Sedgwick County 8th Annual

 

Holyoke Parade of Lights

December 4, 2023 - Entry deadline Dec. 1

Parade line-up will be from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. on Interocean Dr. in front of Golden Plains Motel and Bauke Funeral Services.

Judging will begin promptly at 5:45 p.m. Parade begins at 6:15 p.m. and will run south on HWY 385.

 

Sedgwick County Parade of Lights

December 7, 2023 - Entry deadline Dec. 6

Parade line-up will be from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. on Pine Street, east of the Assisted Living/Nursing Home before proceeding to W 10th Street and down Cedar Street.

Judging will begin promptly at 5:45 p.m. Parade begins at 6:15 p.m. and will run south on Cedar Street.

Judging Criteria

1. Originality/Creativity    1-5 points

2. Decorative Effort           1-5 points

3. Lighting Display             1-5 points

Prize - Chamber Bucks

 1st Place - $100.00

2nd Place - $75.00

3rd Place - $50.00

Please complete the below entry form by deadlines stated above. Star 92.3 (Holyoke) and KJBL 96.5 (Sedgwick County) will be broadcasting the parade for those that would prefer to tune in from the warmth of their cars.
