Highline Electric Association (HEA) proposes changes to its Rules and Regulations to become effective May 1, 2026. Specific changes can be viewed here.
Letters regarding the 2025 Load Control Program were mailed to landowners in mid-late December.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Automatic Re-enrollment: Irrigation wells that were in the 2024 Load Control Program will automatically remain in the 2025 program under the same option unless we are notified otherwise.
- New Participants: If you want to enroll wells that were not part of the 2024 program, please call our office, and we will send contracts for the 2025 program.
- Important Note: The discounts per option remain the same as last year, contrary to what was printed in our January Colorado Country Life Magazine.
- Deadline: All additions, changes, or removals must be completed by February 28, 2025.
