Through wholesale power supplier Tri-State, end consumer members in our service territory have access to low or no cost irrigation assessments. The report you receive provides low and no cost measures to improve irrigation coverage along with more detailed recommendations. The report meets standards of USDA's Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP or Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) that provide financial incentives that can cover over 35% of improvement costs.

Highline Electric’s Load Control Program is a voluntary option for irrigation members that helps manage electric demand during peak usage times. By allowing the cooperative to temporarily reduce power use during these periods, participants can receive a discounted rate. This program helps control overall power costs, supports system reliability, and benefits all members by reducing the need for higher-cost energy during times of peak demand.
